The Quartermaster is appointed by the President and is responsible for all chapter property. His duties include sourcing vests and patches, as well as maintaining records of who has received what items and the dates they were issued. He will collaborate closely with the Guardian of Membership in this regard.

Additionally, the Quartermaster will keep detailed records of property issued to members, including dates and other relevant information. He will also coordinate with the Master at Arms, the Secretary, and the Treasurer regarding the return of any chapter property. Chapter property encompasses items such as gazebos, banners, signage, patches, and more.

Furthermore, the Quartermaster can source apparel and products, including hoodies, windbreakers, T-shirts, singlets, rings, stubby holders, hats, and others. Before purchasing any items, the Quartermaster must obtain approval from the executive and present a detailed breakdown of costs.
